Residents disappointed with responses from Barratt Homes and Taylor Wimpey

We have had a number of letters from residents who are more than underwhelmed by the level of detail and quality of the responses from both Taylor Wimpey and Barratt regarding the issues that we are facing on the development.

One resident put it so; I don’t think they could try and fob me off anymore. I believe this letter shows the utter contempt that the building companies hold us in!

We do need to continue to complain about their lack of progress so please keep sending in your letters and copying in your councillors, solicitors and local MP too.

You can find the draft letters of complaint here https://homefarmforum.wordpress.com/2010/08/02/letters-of-complaint/
