Here is the latest update from Persimmon Homes regarding Phase 1 adoption…
Good Morning
Thank you for your email. We have been progressing the adoption of your development and I personally met with the Highway inspector a number of weeks ago to formulate a full remedial list for all the Persimmon phases on your development.
It is our current intention to be on site completing the works during August. I appreciate we were planning to be on site during June but due to the amount of works required, August was the earliest our contractors could program the works in for.
As I mentioned in my previous letter the works should take no longer than six weeks to complete.
